MIXED MARTIAL ARTS

BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU

Brazilian jiu jitsu or BJJ is a martial art based on grappling and ground fighting, focusing on the skill of controlling one’s opponent through techniques that force him or her to submit. It prides itself on being known as the “gentle art”, allowing a smaller, weaker person to use leverage and submissions to defend themselves against a bigger opponent. 

MUAY THAI

The martial art of Muay thai is known for its tremendous power, maximum efficiency, and raw simplicity. Often referred to as the “Art of Eight Limbs”, Muay Thai utilizes a beautiful symphony of kicks, punches, knees, and elbows.


Muay Thai is now one of the most well-known and practiced martial arts in the world. It has proven to be effective, which is why it is most common striking base in the vastly popular, fast-growing sport of mixed martial arts.

K1 KICK-BOXING

K-1 is a fighting format that combines the most skilful and effective elements of all martial arts with the K in its name - karate, kick boxing and kung-fu. The 1 denotes the best of the best.
