You can choose from separate martial arts classes or combine them all in one membership. The strength and conditioning gym is available separately but you can also combine your mixed martial arts with use of the strength and conditioning gym to become the ultimate version of yourself. #elitemma_avonmouth

We have a few different memberships available for kids only, adults only and family memberships. There are also separate membership options for K1 Kick-Boxing, Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. We also offer an option to join all the classes to include K1 Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
